Although most work will be completed before possession, the weather may affect the exterior completion. In such cases, these will be completed as weather and work schedules permit. Due to the continuing research and improvement of plan designs and specifications, Panache Homes Inc. reserves the right to make substitutions of similar quality and value to product in event of supply or shortage of materials — provided they meet the requirements of the Building Codes.

Warranties & Surveys

• Concrete floors, driveways & walkways are affected by soil movement, salt or frost — therefore these items are excluded from the builder's warranty
• One year Warranty (for defects in materials or workmanship)
• 5-year Structural Warranty — Home Warranty Program

General Information

• Brochure room dimensions are approximate and actual room sizes may vary
• The location of the house on the lot shall be at the discretion of the builder
• Location of all underground electrical, water and gas meters to be determined by respective utilities
• Location of any mechanical equipment (furnace, HWT, sump pit) in lower level are not guaranteed
• Location of air conditioning units is not guaranteed
